About the Event
We are currently experiencing abnormal times. A constant pandemic, civil unrest and race relations are enough to stress out the strongest among us. In addition to that, a number of us are expected to not only perform 100% at work, but have also been asked to be the voice of the company and/or moderate race relations discussions.
Join us and Rick Cummings, a licensed therapist, as we have an open dialogue on the above and various coping mechanisms.
