MEMBERSHIP

Q: How do I apply for membership?

A: Download the PRĪVIT app and complete the application form. We review all applications within 48 hours.

 

Q: What's the difference between Approved Member and Premium Member?

A: Approved Members can browse events but cannot RSVP. Premium Members have full access to all events, member pricing, and exclusive gatherings.

 

Q: How much does Premium Membership cost?

A: Annual membership and monthly membership options are available. Pricing details are provided during the application process.

 

Q: Can I cancel my membership?

A: Yes. Annual memberships are non-refundable but you retain access through your paid period. Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime and you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

 

Q: What are the membership requirements?

A: We look for established professionals (typically 5+ years experience) with strong professional networks. Membership is by application only. Age requirement: 21+

EVENTS

Q: How do I RSVP to events?

A: Premium Members can RSVP through the PRĪVIT app. Browse events, tap the event you want to attend, and click RSVP.

 

Q: Can I bring a guest to events?

A: Most events are members-only. Some public events allow guests. Check individual event details for guest policies.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my RSVP?

A: Cancel through the app at least 24-48 hours before the event (cancellation deadline varies by event). See our Refund Policy for details.

 

Q: How many events can I attend?

A: There's no limit! Attend as many or as few events as you'd like. No attendance requirements.

 

Q: What types of events do you host?

A: Private dinners, live music, networking brunches, wine tastings, cultural experiences, seasonal celebrations, and more.

ACCOUNT & BILLING

Q: How do I update my payment method?

A: Go to Account Settings in the app → Subscription → Update Payment Method.

 

Q: When will I be charged?

A: Annual memberships are charged once per year on your join date. Monthly memberships are charged on the same date each month.

 

Q: How do I update my profile information?

A: Go to Account Settings → Edit Profile in the app.

 

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.

 

Q: How do I delete my account?

A: Contact us at info@privitevent.com to request account deletion. Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

APP & TECHNICAL

Q: Which devices are supported?

A: PRĪVIT is available on iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices. Download from the App Store or Google Play Store.

 

Q: The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

A: Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, delete and reinstall the app, or contact support@privitevent.com.

 

Q: I'm not receiving notifications. How do I fix this?

A: Check your device Settings → PRĪVIT → Notifications and ensure they're enabled. Also check notification settings within the app.

 

Q: How do I enable location services?

A: Go to device Settings → Privacy → Location Services → PRĪVIT → Select "While Using the App."
